Axle Load Sensor
The Axle Load Sensor is designed for measuring axle and cargo load on vehicles with leaf spring suspension.
Axle Load Sensor
The Axle Load Sensor integrates with our GPS tracking system and transmits data to the StradaTrack portal. The tracking device converts this signal in load mass value according to the initial calibration.
The positioned sensor is installed on the rear axle or the rear bogie of the vehicle.
A single sensor is enough to monitor vehicle
axle and cargo load.
Core features:
-
In-built-battery, power supply from battery up to 5 years
-
Wireless data transfer
-
Data transfer to the Strada Tracker portal
-
Quick and easy installation, improved resistance to vandalism or accidental damage
The Axle Load Sensor is used to determine the vertical moving of the carriage frame, relative to the axis of the vehicle when placing cargo in a body of the vehicle or in a canvas cover.
This hardware is installed on the rear axle or the rear bogie of the vehicle. Wireless data transfer via Bluetooth Low Energy provides an opportunity to monitor axle load of the vehicle to the StradaTrack Portal
Other options available upon special request
Pressure Load Sensor
The Pressure Load sensor is used to determine the axle load in vehicles equipped with air suspensions. The pressure sensor measures the pressure in the vehicle's pneumatic system and transmits data as an analog signal to the StradaTrack Portal.
Wireless axle load sensor for air suspension
The Wireless pressure sensor is used in vehicles to monitor axle loads and determine the axle load in vehicles equipped with air suspension and prevent exceeding axle loads.
